Return Statement
Please return the product with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items. The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Our Response:
Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned products. It is important to label the returned product as ‘Return item’ in order to avoid any discrepancy or inconvenience For further queries about exchanges and returns, please contact us at +92-0302-540-0001.
